THE "B.O.G"
Named after the one and only Babe Oliva, the founder and patriarch of our family, this sandwich has been around since we opened our doors in 1961. Mortadella, Salami, Provolone, Hot Ham, Tomatoes, Onions, & Jungle Juice on 1/2 Loaf Vienna Bread.
THE "G.O.G"
Named after Babes daughter Gina, this is similar to the B.O.G, but updated just a bit. Mortadella, Salami, Provolone, Hot Ham, Peppered Ham, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, & Jungle Juice on Focaccia Bread.
April Sandwich of the Month: Easter Pizza
Hot Capicola, Muenster Cheese, Boiled Ham, Dry Cured Copa and Beaten Egg baked into a Homemade Pie Dough. Toasted on the Panini Press.
